- Conduct patient rounds with residents in inpatient neurosurgery
- Review patient plans, input orders, and manage discharges
- See patients needing follow-up or urgent care assessments
- Assist in removing drains (hemovac, JP drains)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care
- Document and update patient records using Epic EMRWhat You Need
Required:- MA State License and Board Certification in Neurosurgery
- Minimum 1 year experience in neurosurgery
- Ability to independently review and manage patient needs
Preferred:- Experience removing drains (hemovac/Jp drains)About the Assignment
