- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders
- Administer therapies such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
- Support wound care and assistive device use
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document services accurately per regulatory and clinical standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate patient updates
- Support discharge planning and provide education to patients and families
- Supervise and support rehab aides, PT assistants, or students when needed
- Comply with all professional practice acts, ethics, and standards
Required:
- Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification
- 1+ years of clinical experience in rehab or LTC
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care settings
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
