What You ll Do
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders
  • Administer therapies such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
  • Support wound care and assistive device use
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
  • Document services accurately per regulatory and clinical standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate patient updates
  • Support discharge planning and provide education to patients and families
  • Supervise and support rehab aides, PT assistants, or students when needed
  • Comply with all professional practice acts, ethics, and standards
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
  • CPR certification
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in rehab or LTC

Preferred:
  • Experience in long-term care settings
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
