With a six-month patient waitlist, scheduled block OR time, and minimal local competition, you'll have the opportunity to develop a high-volume surgical practice from day one.

• Established Surgical Practice: Six-month patient waitlist, scheduled block OR time, and no local competition with the flexibility to spend as much time in the OR as you prefer
• Advanced Technology & Clinical Support: Practice with new da Vinci Xi robots, a dedicated urology table, ultrasound, bladder scanner, lab, X-ray, MRI, CT, two dedicated Urology APPs, one CMA per provider, and an additional rotating Urologist for support
• Flexible Schedule: Choose a 3-, 4-, or 5-day workweek with 2-3 OR days, 1-2 clinic days, administrative time built into your schedule, and light call with minimal trauma plus additional call compensation
• Exceptional Compensation & Benefits: 800,000 guaranteed base salary with 1M+ earning potential, 80,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance up to 10,000, loan repayment options, 4,000 CME stipend, PTO, and comprehensive benefits
