This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting top talent, supporting employees, improving HR processes, and partnering with leadership to help drive business success.</p><p>If you're a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!</p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>Lead full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts<li>Partner with department managers to coordinate staffing needs and workforce scheduling<li>Maintain and update employee handbooks, job descriptions, SOPs, and other HR documentation<li>Support employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices<li>Assist with workforce planning and organizational initiatives<li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation<li>Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies and continuous process improvements</ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><ul><li>Previous HR management experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment<li>Strong recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience<li>Experience coordinating workforce scheduling and staffing needs<li>Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and personnel documentation<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills<li>Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus</ul><br>ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
