Pallet Sorter Job Details

Monday – Friday | 5:30am - 1:45pm | $18hr

• Overtime possible and mandatory based on production needs

Pallet Sorter Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or outdoor industrial environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift for extended periods

About the Pallet Sorter Role

As a Pallet Sorter, your responsibilities will include:

• Sorting wooden pallets by hand according to company quality standards
• Inspecting pallets for damage and identifying repairable and non-repairable pallets
• Separating pallets by grade, size, and condition
• Performing quality inspections to ensure pallets meet customer specifications
• Stacking and down-stacking pallets safely and efficiently
• Assisting with hand pallet sortation throughout the warehouse or yard
• Stacking and organizing lumber and pallet materials as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following all company safety policies and procedures
• Working efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Reporting damaged materials or safety concerns to supervisors
• Performing additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned
