<p><b>Human Resources Generalist I</b></p><p ><b>Location:</b> Yucaipa, Ca</p><p ><b>Employment Type:</b> Full-Time</p><p ><b>Schedule:</b> 7:30A -4:30P | M-F</p><p ><b>Pay:</b> $19-$23.50</p><p></p><p>Seeking an organized, approachable, and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist I. This entry-level HR professional will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.</p><p>This is a fully on-site position that partners closely with leadership to foster a positive, high-performing workplace built on professionalism, accountability, and respect.</p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, and offboarding.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compensation reviews.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations, leaves of absence, and workplace policies.</p></li><li><p>Respond to employee questions and help resolve workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.</p></li><li><p>Participate in HR audits, compliance initiatives, and employee training programs.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and communicate company policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.</p></li><li><p>Support timekeeping processes and partner with leadership to ensure wage and hour compliance.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with safety and operations teams to promote a safe and compliant workplace.</p></li><li><p>Provide in-person HR support across multiple departments.</p></li><li><p>Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.</p></li></ul><p><b>What We're Looking For</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.</p></li><li><p>Experience using Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.</p></li><li><p>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.</p></li><li><p>High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and navigate sensitive employee matters.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapting to changing business needs.</p></li></ul><p>#ARROW </p>PandoLogic.
