We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ophthalmologist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical and surgical eye care while partnering closely with our network of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and clinical staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose a wide range of ocular diseases and conditions.

• 
  

  Develop individualized treatment and management plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• 
  

  Perform surgical procedures such as cataract extraction, glaucoma surgery, and other anterior segment interventions.

• 
  

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsincluding optometrists, technicians, and administrative staffto ensure continuity and quality of care.

• 
  

  Educate patients on ocular health, treatment options, and preventive measures.

• 
  

  Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold the highest clinical and ethical standards.

• 
  

  Stay current on advances in ophthalmology and emerging technologies that enhance patient care.

Qualifications:

• 
  

  MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• 
  

  Completion of Ophthalmology Residency training

• 
  

  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology

• 
  

  Eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey

• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•
