<p><b>Come create your career with Volt!</b></p> <p><b>Volt is immediately hiring a Marketing Manager in Rio Rancho NM.</b></p> <p><b>As a Marketing Manager you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and support revenue growth</li> <li>Create and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, calendars, and performance metrics</li> <li>Lead advertising, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, and corporate communications initiatives</li> <li>Develop and manage social media content, scheduling, analytics, and engagement strategies</li> <li>Oversee website content, functionality, SEO, and user experience improvements</li> <li>Maintain consistent branding standards across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels</li> <li>Develop marketing campaigns supporting products, repairs, PMA approvals, exchange programs, and key business initiatives</li> <li>Coordinate trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, customer events, and promotional activities</li> <li>Produce brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, promotional materials, and sales collateral</li> <li>Coordinate with Engineering to maintain technical literature, customer specifications, approvals, and controlled document distribution</li> <li>Manage customer communications, product announcements, and marketing campaigns</li> <li>Support customer loyalty and recognition programs, including Elite Priority Rewards promotional activities</li> <li>Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to the customer experience</li> <li>Coordinate branding efforts with distributors, representatives, strategic partners, and third-party portals</li> <li>Manage relationships with branding agencies, media partners, and external vendors</li> <li>Support Sales leadership with marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials</li> <li>Develop product training materials and marketing messaging</li> <li>Track marketing performance through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools</li> <li>Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Management teams</li> </ul> <p><b>This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.</b></p> <p><b>Marketing Manager candidates must meet the following requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred</li> <li>Experience in B2B marketing within the aerospace industry required</li> <li>Strong experience with marketing strategy, brand management, and customer engagement initiatives</li> <li>Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and SEO programs</li> <li>Knowledge of public relations, promotional campaigns, event planning, and trade show coordination</li> <li>Strong written, presentation, organizational, and communication skills in a technical environment</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing or creative software applications</li> <li>Ability to analyze marketing performance, customer engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness</li> <li>Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and marketing performance reports</li> <li>Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Must successfully complete an FAA drug screen</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay for this position is $26.44-$31.25/hr</b></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
