<h1><strong>Now Hiring: Digital Die Cutter Operator – 2nd Shift</strong></h1><p><strong> Location:</strong> Green Bay, WI<br /><strong>Pay:</strong> $18.00–$20.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM</p><h2>Position Overview</h2><p>We're looking for a detail-oriented <strong>Digital Die Cutter Operator</strong> to join a growing production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating digital die cutting equipment to produce high-quality finished products with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using technology, and takes pride in producing quality work.</p><p>Previous print industry experience is preferred but <strong>not required</strong>. Candidates with manufacturing or machine operating experience who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Set up and operate digital die cutting equipment according to production specifications</li><li>Monitor machine performance to ensure clean, accurate cuts and defect-free products</li><li>Inspect finished materials to verify quality standards are met</li><li>Read and interpret work orders and production instructions</li><li>Use a computer or tablet to access job information and machine settings</li><li>Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency</li><li>Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li><li>Follow all company safety and quality procedures</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Previous machine operating experience preferred</li><li>Print or converting experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>Comfortable using a computer or tablet in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic</li></ul><br />ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
