Bring your skills to a collaborative setting that prioritizes patient-focused care for our nation's Veterans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer primary and acute care services to veteran patients in an outpatient environment.
  • Offer same-day care and support for other Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) providers as required.
  • Work alongside mid-level providers, such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
  • Exhibit clinical proficiency in history-taking, examinations, diagnoses, emergency responses, patient management, consultations, and record maintenance.
  • Engage in Process Improvement and Quality Assurance projects, along with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure patient treatment records are maintained in accordance with VA healthcare documentation standards.
  • Participate in performance measurement and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with both supervisory and frontline staff to enhance clinic operations.
  • Experience or interest in Women's Health is preferred.

Qualifications:
  • MD or equivalent degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Possess a current, full, and unrestricted medical license.

Benefits and Features:
  • Salary Range: $270,000 - $315,000.
  • PTO: 50-55 days of paid time off annually (including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 holidays).
