Bring your skills to a collaborative setting that prioritizes patient-focused care for our nation's Veterans.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer primary and acute care services to veteran patients in an outpatient environment.
- Offer same-day care and support for other Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) providers as required.
- Work alongside mid-level providers, such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Exhibit clinical proficiency in history-taking, examinations, diagnoses, emergency responses, patient management, consultations, and record maintenance.
- Engage in Process Improvement and Quality Assurance projects, along with various administrative tasks.
- Ensure patient treatment records are maintained in accordance with VA healthcare documentation standards.
- Participate in performance measurement and process enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with both supervisory and frontline staff to enhance clinic operations.
- Experience or interest in Women's Health is preferred.

Qualifications:- MD or equivalent degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Possess a current, full, and unrestricted medical license.

- Salary Range: $270,000 - $315,000.
- PTO: 50-55 days of paid time off annually (including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 holidays).
- Malpractice: Comprehensive liability protection with tail coverage included.
- Insurance: Dental, medical, life insurance, pension, and TSP (401K) with a 5% match, along with survivor benefits.
- Continuing Medical Education: Up to $1,000 or more annually, plus up to 5 days of paid absence for CME.
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program available.
- Reimbursement for qualifying student loan debt up to $200,000.
