This position requires flexibility and involves stocking merchandise, assembling shelves, packing orders, and assisting with inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.</p><h3>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Pack merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipment.</p></li><li><p>Label packages and prepare customer orders for shipping.</p></li><li><p>Receive, sort, and stock incoming merchandise.</p></li><li><p>Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.</p></li><li><p>Assemble shelving and organize warehouse inventory.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.</p></li><li><p>Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.</p></li><li><p>Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Previous warehouse, picking, packing, stocking, order fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.</p></li><li><p>Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Reliable attendance and punctuality.</p></li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.</p></li><li><p>Frequently use hands for handling merchandise and small items.</p></li><li><p>Lift up to <strong>50 lbs.</strong> regularly.</p></li><li><p>Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.</p></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>Must be able to work the full scheduled shift.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Interested?
