$400,000 Base Salary with $50,000 in Incentives! We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible physician to become part of our established Women's Clinic in Pittsburg, KS. About Our PracticeCollaborate with 2 seasoned OBGYNs and 2 Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs).
Participate in a 1:3 call schedule.
This position is available due to the growth of our practice, allowing for a swift ramp-up.
Call coverage is limited to just one hospital.
The Women's Center is situated on the 3rd floor of the hospital, featuring: 5 labor rooms, 2 labor triage rooms, 1 C-section operating room, 1 recovery room, 13 Postpartum-GYN rooms, and a Level II Nursery with 1 exam room and 1 isolation nursery.
Access to 1 Da Vinci Robot.
Level II Specialty Nursery available.
Teaching affiliation with Kansas City University, offering opportunities for medical students to join the clinic with a stipend.
System-wide EPIC/Dragon technology will be available by July 2025.

Average patient census is approximately 29.92.
Projected acute inpatient discharges for 2024: 2,666.
12-bed ICU with 24/7 telehealth monitoring and a 6-bed step-down unit on the 5th floor.
Designated as a Level III Trauma Center.
Recognized as an Emergent Stroke Ready Hospital.
A recipient of an A Hospital Safety Grade from the Leapfrog Group.
Surgery and Emergency Department located on the first floor.
40,000 square-foot Surgical Center featuring 6 operating rooms and 1 C-section suite.
18 Pre-Op/Post-Op rooms available.
Staffed by 1 Anesthesiologist and 5 CRNAs.
6 PACU bays for patient recovery.
A guaranteed salary of $400,000, plus $50,000 in recruitment incentives.
Relocation assistance of up to $20,000.
As a not-for-profit organization, we qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
4 weeks of vacation along with 6 holidays during the guarantee period.
1 week dedicated to Continuing Medical Education (CME) with an annual allowance of $5,000.
