Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With an increase in residency slots recently approved and a growing clinical presence, we seek a surgeon committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive treatments for BPH.
The Position
We are interested in candidates who have a strong passion for or fellowship training in Endourology. A key aspect of this role will be to expand our advanced stone and BPH program.

Compensation & Benefits
The starting base compensation range is $300,000 - $400,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses and is subject to departmental compensation plans.
