Responsible for identifying different cuts of meat.

Handles raw meat and uses exceptional knife skills to cut and slice meat.

Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of meat cutting area.

Performs other duties as required.

Ability to take temperature of all products

Utilize sealing machinery
