Job Summary
We are hiring an Account Executive/Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a motivated sales or customer service professional who enjoys building relationships, speaking with customers, and supporting business development across North America.
This is a strong opportunity to join a stable, growing sales team in the food and beverage production industry. The role offers a straight salary structure with no commission pressure, paid training, company-paid travel, and overtime opportunities while traveling. Candidates will be supported by structured training, collaborative internal teams, and leadership focused on long-term career development.
The Account Executive/Inside Sales Representative will spend most of the day connecting with customers by phone and email, preparing quotes, answering product questions, and supporting sales activity. Periodic travel to trade shows and customer events provides the opportunity to meet customers, distributors, and industry professionals face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-up calls, and email communication to support sales and account development.
- Prepare customer quotes, pricing proposals, and product information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Answer product questions, coordinate demonstrations and shipments, and provide responsive customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records, activity logs, and follow-up details.
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events throughout North America as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.

- Salary range of $50,000 to $62,000 per year.
