School Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-Time Elementary Caseload – Long Beach, CA
We are seeking a dedicated licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Long Beach, California.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are committed to helping children improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and academic success in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
•Provide school-based occupational therapy services to elementary students with diverse developmental needs
•Conduct OT evaluations, assessments, and screenings for fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
•Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
•Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in the classroom and therapy settings
•Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
•Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications
•Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
•Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
•Must have at least 2 years of recent school-based occupational therapy experience
•Experience with elementary school caseloads and IEPs required
•Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
