Special Education Paraprofessional

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is seeking a caring and dependable Paraprofessional to support students with diverse academic, behavioral, and physical needs. Under the supervision of licensed staff, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Location: Medford, MN
Job Type: Full-Time | School Year

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group student support.
• Assist with classroom instruction and activities.
• Implement behavior support and instructional plans.
• Support students during school activities.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and assist students with physical needs as required.
• Must meet applicable Minnesota paraprofessional requirements.
