Hospice Director of Nursing

Our organization is in search of a dedicated Hospice Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. This pivotal role involves managing hospice nursing personnel, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and promoting high-quality, patient-focused care throughout our Southeastern region.

• Supervise and support hospice nursing staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Drive initiatives that enhance quality and patient-centered care.
• Manage staffing levels, budgeting, and clinical outcomes effectively.
• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and professional development within the organization.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based hospice practices.
• Encourage staff development and continuous improvement efforts.
• Enhance the experiences of patients and their families during end-of-life care.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
