About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Technician to lead the organization, coordination, and supervision of shared resources and staff within our specialty service. In this role, you will continue to function as a Veterinary Technician while also providing leadership, direction, training, and ongoing support to your team.
The ideal candidate is a technician with strong anesthesia proficiency and a commitment to clinical excellence. This role requires both advanced technical expertise and the ability to guide others through mentorship, clear communication, and consistent support in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, you will play a key role in upholding hospital standards, promoting established protocols, and fostering a respectful, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture. Anticipated Schedule:
This is a Full-Time position:
Monday Friday 40 hours a week.
Rotating Saturdays are required.
Compensation:
$28.00-$30.00 an hour depending on experience, credentials, and education.
