><span >Essential Responsibilities</span></span></span></span></span></span></p><h3 ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Employee Onboarding & Experience</span></span></span></span></span></span></h3><ul><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires across multiple states.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Facilitate New Hire Orientation and ensure employees are prepared for a successful first day.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Serve as the primary HR contact for new employees throughout onboarding.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Coordinate employment paperwork, I-9 verification, background checks, and system access.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Ensure onboarding tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Partner with Recruiting and Operations to deliver a seamless transition from candidate to programs.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Coordinate return-to-work processes and maintain communication with employees on leave.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Manage workers' compensation claims and collaborate with insurance carriers and ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Monitor employment clearances, background checks, and state-specific compliance requirements.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Ensure compliance ><span ><span ><span ><span >Required</span></span></span></span></span></span></p><ul><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >2+ years of Human Resources experience.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Strong organizational and time management skills.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Excellent verbal and written communication.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span ><span >Strong
