Our organization is actively looking for a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified pediatric neurosurgeon to become a part of our dedicated team. Candidates must have completed a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery.

We are a dynamic practice featuring 15 full-time neurosurgeons and a robust residency program, providing a stimulating environment for professional growth.

Located in Loma Linda, a unique Blue Zone recognized for its emphasis on health and wellness, our community is ideal for families. Situated in Southern California, between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, this area, known as the Inland Empire, offers stunning views of the San Bernardino mountains. Residents enjoy easy access to a variety of outdoor activities, including beaches, skiing, and hiking. The region boasts a low cost of living and excellent educational opportunities through both private and public schools. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $515,000 to $650,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation and does not include additional variable compensation or productivity bonuses, which are determined by departmental compensation plans.
