<p><strong>Maintenance Technician</strong></p><p><strong>Portsmouth NH</strong></p><p><strong>2nd shift</strong></p><p><strong>Pay based on experience</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Position Summary: </strong></p><p>The Maintenance Technician II (Electromechanical) directly supports daily plant productivity and operations. This position performs routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairs on all food processing and packaging equipment</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshooting, diagnoses, and repair of online food processing equipment. Major components being, mixers, grinders, industrial ovens, blast Freezers, Form Film Packaging machines, Carton forming and sealing machines, printers, metal detectors and a variety of conveying equipment.</li><li>Performs Process Line equipment and tooling change over’s</li><li>Simple fabrication and welding for repair and improvement. </li><li>Troubleshooting and installation of electrical control systems. Relay logic, PLC Logic, Photo eyes, Sensors. Etc.</li><li>Troubleshoot installation and programing of variable frequency drives</li><li>Troubleshoot installation and programing of controllers not limited to level and temperature</li><li>Repair, maintenance, and installation of hydraulic and pneumatic machine components</li><li>Installation and relocation of processing equipment as needed.</li><li>Uses technical manuals to research proper machine operations and to acquire replacement parts </li><li>Immediately report unsafe or unsanitary conditions</li><li>Completes Planned Maintenance tasks for assigned equipment</li><li>Use of computers for looking up parts, completing pms, training, research, etc</li><li>Read and understand the production schedule</li><li>Participates in continuous improvement activities</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>5+ years in an industrial electrical mechanical or related position</li><li>Industrial equipment repair</li><li>Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems repair</li><li>Experience working from mechanical drawings</li><li>Experience working from electrical drawings</li><li>Experience with three phase power</li><li>High School diploma or GED required,</li><li>Vocational certificate or degree in mechanical or electrical field preferred.</li></ul><p>Call Today 603 929-1000</p><p>#seacoast3228</p>PandoLogic.
