Gastroenterology~ Live and Work Oceanside

Our organization’s Department of Gastroenterology is seeking to grow its team with the addition of a dedicated general gastroenterologist. The ideal candidate will be Board certified or Board eligible. While proficiency in advanced procedures is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. We provide a wide range of medical and surgical services aimed at delivering exceptional care to both residents and visitors of Cape Cod. This charming coastal community maintains the allure of traditional New England while being conveniently located just over an hour from Boston and Providence. Our integrated healthcare system includes two acute care hospitals, six urgent care facilities, and a comprehensive network of primary and specialty practices, all seamlessly connected through a unified electronic medical record system, EPIC.

• Base Salary: $550,000 with potential earnings up to $750,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Call Schedule: 1:6
• Flexible Work Hours: Access to a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center
• Procedures: 14-16 procedures daily
• Compensation: Competitive base salary with additional bonuses based on productivity and quality
• Support: Well-established hospitalist program to manage hospitalized patients
• PTO: 8 weeks of paid time off
