Our organization, in collaboration with a regional medical school, is on the lookout for a distinguished academic physician to take on the role of Assistant/Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education. This leadership position involves overseeing the implementation and enhancement of the regional VISTA curriculum, managing operations and accreditation for undergraduate medical education (UME), collaborating with campus and system leaders to provide an outstanding learning experience, and recruiting as well as supporting faculty members. Additionally, the role includes maintaining an active clinical practice at our facility.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is between $350,000.00 and $410,000.00 USD annually. This range reflects the organization's good faith estimate of what it expects to pay for this role at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible factors. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives, which could include bonuses related to productivity and quality.
