Job Opportunity: Primary Care Physician

Our organization is looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our expanding primary care services in the Philadelphia area. This role is entirely outpatient, providing robust clinical support and the chance to develop a patient panel within a mission-driven, community-oriented health system.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
  • Focus on preventive care and population health management
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions
  • Engage in quality and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule & Call
  • Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 patient-facing hours
  • Flexible scheduling options available
  • Minimal call responsibilities (1:6 call schedule), phone-only
