Overview:

This is an amazing opportunity for a Sales Manager to earn $20.00–$24.00 hourly, based on experience, on 1st Shift. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days.

What You'll Do: Territory Sales Manager

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and grow existing customer accounts
  • Promote and sell branded safety products
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities
  • Manage customer relationships and accounts
  • Generate sales growth and increase profitability
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Help businesses keep their workforce safe with quality PPE

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Might:

  • Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales or sales management experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in phone sales
  • Experience generating new business through outbound phone calls
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Experience upselling products and services
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of initiative
  • Willingness to travel up to 33% of the time
