Internal Medicine Physician - Caldwell Health Plaza

Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multi-specialty group practice with over 650 providers, presenting an exciting opportunity for a full-time or part-time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO). We invite new physicians to join our team at a state-of-the-art facility exceeding 60,000 square feet. Residents are welcome to apply. The schedule for this position includes 34 patient contact hours for full-time roles, with the flexibility of a 4- or 5-day work week. Call responsibilities will be shared with other qualified family medicine providers, approximately 1:40.

The Caldwell Health Plaza, which opened last fall, is a dynamic and fully operational facility that spans over 60,000 square feet. This Health Plaza caters to community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient location directly off I-84. It offers a wide range of healthcare services for families, including:

• Extended Hours Urgent Care
• Family Medicine
• Pediatrics
• Occupational Medicine
• Diabetes Care & Education
• Sleep Medicine
• Orthopedics
• Heart Care
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Podiatry
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
• Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program
• Board certification, or the ability to obtain it within three years of employment
• Idaho medical licensure to practice in all areas of medicine
• Valid registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
