Position Responsibilities
Gluer Assistant
• Operate and assist with gluing pre-cut, printed corrugated materials that are too complex for standard folding machines
• Feed materials into the machine, inspect finished products, and bundle items
• Build and prepare finished loads for shipment
• Maintain quality standards throughout the process
This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and basic counting skills.

Requirements
• Ability to use hand tools during machine setup
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours (excluding breaks)
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly when feeding materials
• Lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly while off-bearing
• Bend, move, and stretch wrap units by hand
• Push loads up to 300 lbs on a conveyor line

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
