Administrative Receptionist Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling
  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Copy and scan documents as needed Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette
  • Performing other administrative tasks when needed with special projects
  • Running errands as needed with own personal vehicle

Administrative Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years office with high level customer service experience is required
  • Professional communication skills verbally, in person and via emailing
  • Proficient working in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Valid drivers' license with good driving record in last 5 years
  • Reliable vehicle with full coverage insurance to use to run errands occasionally
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
