If you have a passion for aviation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team! We are seeking a Helicopter Pilot to deliver medical air transportation services to our clients. Safety is a fundamental aspect of our operations.

  • Starting Salary Range: $115,387 - $126,926, which includes a 30% geographic modifier, not additional.

  • Sign-On Bonus of $15,000 upon successful completion of new hire pilot training.

  • Retention Bonus of $40,000 after 36 months as part of the Pilot Retention Bonus Plan.

  • Off-Duty Housing is provided.

  • 7/7 Work Schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to safely transport patients to and from various locations and facilities.
  • Ensure the aircraft is prepared for flight dispatches in accordance with relevant manuals, including all FAA and organizational standards, while maintaining aircraft cleanliness.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation as required by the organization and regulatory bodies.
  • Communicate effectively and work in partnership with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide shift change updates to the incoming pilot and team, following established protocols for recording changes.
  • Maintain necessary certifications and engage in ongoing training.

Essential Qualifications

  • Valid Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
  • Helicopter instrument rating.
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
  • A minimum of 2,000 total flight hours.
  • At least 2,000 helicopter flight hours.
  • 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) in helicopters.
  • 1,000 turbine flight hours.
  • At least 200 helicopter night hours (both aided and unaided).
  • Weight limit of 230 pounds with flight gear.

Aircraft Experience:

  • Experience with Airbus AS350/H125 or similar aircraft is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
