Primary Care Physician - Nazareth Primary Care (Cottman)

Our organization is actively looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our expanding primary care services in the Philadelphia area. This role is designed for those who thrive in a 100% outpatient environment, providing robust clinical support and the chance to develop a patient panel within a mission-driven, community-oriented healthcare system.

• Established primary care practice with high demand
• Immediate patient volume available
• Exclusively outpatient responsibilities—no inpatient duties
• Collaborative care model with Advanced Practice Providers and support staff
• Utilization of integrated Epic EMR system
• Strong referral network within our healthcare system

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
• Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
• Focus on preventive care and population health management
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions
• Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives

• Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 patient-facing hours
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Minimal call responsibilities (1:6 call schedule), phone-only
