We are a leading provider of Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Memory Care services in the Western United States. Compensation and Benefits- Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $120,000 annually

The Director of Nursing will oversee the entire nursing department's operations. This role encompasses leadership, training, and supervision of clinical staff who deliver care services to both long-term and short-term residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the daily functions of the clinical department
- Recruit, train, and develop staff in collaboration with your leadership team
- Engage directly with residents to assess their needs and services, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of resident status in the electronic care system
- Supervise aides, nurses, and other care personnel, delegating nursing responsibilities to unlicensed staff as necessary
- Fulfill additional leadership responsibilities as required
- Valid RN license in the State of Colorado.
- Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, geriatric nursing, or dementia care
- Proven skills in budgeting and cost management
- Understanding of service plan development, medication management systems, infection control protocols, and safety procedures
- Ability to foster teamwork, leadership, and responsiveness to residents
