Registered Nurse - Supervisor for Birthing Center
Location: Lamar, CO

Compensation: $2699 - $3252 | Shift: 3x12 Days

Join our organization as a Supervisor for the Birthing Center and play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional care standards and operational efficiency.
In the role of Birthing Center Supervisor, you will offer temporary supervisory assistance to the Birthing Center Manager, ensuring seamless operations, staff proficiency, and adherence to organizational policies and clinical guidelines. Your involvement will be essential in facilitating daily operations and patient care, enforcing established protocols, and fostering compliance with safety and quality benchmarks.
- Assist in daily operations and patient care alongside the Birthing Center Manager
- Enforce and implement established policies, clinical protocols, and procedures
- Provide educational support, orientation, and competency validation for staff as necessary
- Encourage adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Act as a clinical and operational resource for staff and leadership throughout the assignment
- Engage in the nursing rotation
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid Registered Nurse License in Colorado
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring or C-EFM certification
- STABLE and NRP Instructor certifications
- At least five years of experience in Obstetrics Nursing and Neonatal care
- Previous leadership experience is preferred
- Bi-lingual skills are advantageous
- Minimum of two years of experience in a relevant setting
