Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated AOI Electrical Tester/Inspector to join our 3rd Shift team. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values safety, teamwork, and quality. You’ll support machine operations, maintain production flow, and ensure products meet company standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect the inner layers prior to manufacturing to multilayer printed circuit boards.
  • Verify conductivity of inner layer circuits.
  • Post etch punch after AOI complete.
  • Visually inspect processed panels on light table to detect defects. Such as bridges, breaks, slivers, line reduction, voids, excessive copper or poor plating.
  • Rework pieces if possible.
  • Use of small hand tools.
Schedule:
  1. Monday - Saturday: 10:30pm – 7:00am
  2. Over-Time As Needed
Pay:
  1. $18.00 - $20.00/hr. + $1.25 shift differential
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience
  2. Temperature control environment
  3. Stand for extended periods
  4. Must be able to follow written and spoken and spoken instructions provided in English.
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  6. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
