We’re representing a growing events and promotions company expanding its team in Wisconsin. They specialise in face-to-face customer engagement through retail pop-ups, promotional stands, and high-footfall locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is not a desk role — you’ll be out in the field, interacting with customers and representing well-known brands in busy retail and event settings.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

• Engaging customers at retail pop-ups and promotional events
• Starting conversations and introducing current products and services
• Explaining features, benefits, and available packages in a simple, clear way
• Helping customers make informed decisions based on their needs
• Supporting sign-ups and ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Maintaining a professional and energetic brand presence
• Working alongside a team to achieve daily and weekly targets
