Position Overview:The Procurement Specialist / Buyer will manage the full procurement cycle, ensuring efficient sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost-effective purchasing to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor communications
- Source goods and services while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate procurement records within systems such as Coupa and JDE
- Partner with internal departments to support operational purchasing needs
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, and quality
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree required (Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field)
- 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
- Experience with Coupa, JDE, or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
