Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records, reports, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries and account analysis.
- Assist with tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, or industry-specific accounting functions based on the assigned role.
- Track revenue, expenses, invoices, payments, and account balances with a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, or external partners to resolve accounting questions and discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures, accounting standards, and applicable reporting requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Additional compensation range noted for current needs: $45,000 to $70,000, depending on experience.
