  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Full-Time, paid over 1 year)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Part-Time, paid over 1 year)
Pay & Incentives
  • LPN: $33.99 $35.02/hr
  • RN: $41.20 $42.23/hr
  • Shift Differentials: 2nd shift ($0.75/HR), 3rd ($.50/HR) & weekends ($1.00/HR)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Full-Time, paid over 1 year)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Part-Time, paid over 1 year)
  • Experience-Based Pay: Based on Illinois licensure

Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care and oversee the daily activities of Nursing Assistants. In this role, you will help ensure high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise Nursing Assistants and coordinate daily shift activities
  • Facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Receive and transcribe physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, catheterization)
  • Monitor compliance with infection control and safety protocols
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information
  • Foster a calm, respectful, and resident-focused environment
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Current, active RN or LPN license in Illinois
  • CPR certification required
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically and work independently
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move throughout the facility during shifts
  • Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 lbs (occasionally more as needed)
  • Assist with resident evacuation in emergency situations
  • Meet all health and physical requirements per facility policy
