Position Highlights:

• You will take over the patient panel of a retiring physician, ensuring a full roster from the start.

• Manage a patient load of 15-22 individuals per clinic day, focusing exclusively on outpatient care.

• Enjoy flexible clinic hours, with the option for 4-day work weeks.

• Conduct virtual health visits, including E-Visits.

• Access to embedded behavioral health specialists within the Primary Care offices.

• A dedicated Pain Management Specialist will be available for medication management specifically for primary care patients.
