Occupational Therapist - Home Care - Part-Time

We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will:

• Evaluate patients' functional capabilities
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at helping patients restore mobility, achieve independence, and enhance their overall quality of life
