Banner University Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our thriving Community Clinic Team in Tucson, Arizona. Serve a diverse patient population in a collaborative, academic medical setting where innovation meets compassionate care. About the Role: As part of our established and growing primary care practice, you'll provide comprehensive clinical management including: Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Interpretation of diagnostic tests and prescription of medications Patient education and preventive care counseling Collaborative consultation with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams Work Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Rotating call duties approximately 1 in 10 weeks Patient Volume: 12-16 patients daily initially, with manageable growth trajectory Qualifications: National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Active Arizona License (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Current prescribing privileges with DEA license for controlled substances CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications (current) Primary care or similar clinical experience required Location: Banner - University Medicine Primary Care Clinic 8290 S Houghton Rd, Suite 150, Tucson, AZ 85747 Why Tucson?
