Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Temp coverage Compensation: $24-26/hr Position Overview: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day movement of goods, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. This role works closely with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to maintain efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment execution
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate shipping records, documentation, and inventory logs
- Assist with routing, load planning, and optimizing transportation costs
- Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse operations as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Prepare reports on shipping activity, performance metrics, and cost analysis
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency
- 1-3+ years of logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with logistics, TMS, or ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to problem-solve and manage priorities effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
