School Psychologist | Wilmington, DE | 2026–2027 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and compassionate School Psychologist to join a dedicated educational team in Wilmington, Delaware, for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students across all grade levels, PreK–12, by providing comprehensive psychological services that promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware School Psychologist License required
• Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessments, special education procedures, and behavioral interventions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Interpret assessment data and prepare written reports
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families
• Support the development and implementation of behavioral and academic interventions
• Assist with crisis intervention and social-emotional support services
• Collaborate with school staff to promote positive student outcomes
