This automotive manufacturing company in Clackamas has a full-time, temp-to-hire, Production Associate position where you will be supporting in the process in powder coat department. You could interview this week and start on 5/26/2026.

Production Associate Job Duties:
- Load and unload parts onto the powder coat line
- Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, masking, blasting, sanding)
- Package finished products
- Perform quality inspections on coated parts
Production Associate Requirements:
- Must have manufacturing, production or construction experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
- Attention to detail and completing repetitive work
- Comfortable working in a dusty, loud environment
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday
