Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active certification or license as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree (Ed.S., MA, MS) in School Psychology or related field
  • Previous experience within a school setting preferred
  • Proficiency in psychological assessment, data interpretation, and intervention planning
  • Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
  • Knowledge of Special Education processes and IEP implementation

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
  • Interpret data and provide recommendations for supports and instructional strategies
  • Take part in Student Support Teams, Response-to-Intervention, and other multidisciplinary meetings
  • Develop intervention plans and monitor progress for at-risk students
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote student well-being
  • Deliver counseling services individually and in small groups as needed
  • Assist with crisis response, behavioral interventions, and prevention programs
