<p><span ><strong>Landscape Laborer / Maintenance</strong></span></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Fenton, MO<br><strong>Pay:</strong> $18/hr<br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; approximately 45 hours per week with overtime varying<br><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time, outdoor labor</p><p><span ><strong>Job Summary</strong></span><br>A landscaping and outdoor labor position is available in the Fenton area. This role involves physical, hands-on work outdoors as part of a team, including landscape installation, maintenance, cleanup, and material handling. This is not a lawn-mowing-only position; the work is more physical and may include construction-style landscape tasks.</p><p><span ><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>Planting, mulching, trimming, pruning, and leaf removal</p></li><li><p>Load and unload landscaping materials, tools, and equipment</p></li><li><p>Move topsoil, dig trenches, lay sod, and assist with tree work</p></li><li><p>Use wheelbarrows to move heavy materials</p></li><li><p>Perform debris cleanup and general job site cleanup</p></li><li><p>Assist with aerating, seeding, and other outdoor maintenance tasks</p></li><li><p>Work outdoors in various weather conditions</p></li><li><p>Possible snow removal work as needed</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications / Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>No landscaping experience required; training is available</p></li><li><p>Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.</p></li><li><p>Must be comfortable with physical labor throughout the day</p></li><li><p>Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods</p></li><li><p>Must be able to work in heat, cold, and other weather conditions</p></li><li><p>Must be reliable and able to report on time daily</p></li><li><p>Must be able to follow directions and work well with a crew</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Previous landscaping, construction, outdoor labor, or general labor experience</p></li><li><p>Experience using wheelbarrows, hand tools, or landscaping equipment</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with physically demanding, full-day outdoor work</p></li></ul><p><strong>Additional Details</strong><br>Daily transportation may be provided from a central reporting location to job sites.
