Volt is immediately hiring for Associate Manager - Direct-to-Consumer for a fully remote opportunity.

As an Associate Manager (D2C) you will:

Drive eCommerce Growth & Performance

• Own and drive online sales, conversion rates, and subscription growth for D2C business
• Optimize website UX, checkout flows, and payment experiences to increase conversions (CRO)
• Lead retention initiatives including loyalty programs, referrals, and affiliate marketing
• Utilize MarTech tools (CRM, personalization, A/B testing, first-party data) to improve performance
• Partner with Finance to manage eCommerce P&L, reporting, and compliance

Lead Website SEO & Optimization

• Execute SEO strategies (technical SEO, on-page SEO, AI-driven search optimization)
• Improve site performance, page speed, and customer experience (UX/UI)
• Analyze web and customer data to deliver actionable insights and continuous optimization
• Support organic traffic growth and search visibility

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead end-to-end eCommerce and D2C projects, including agency management
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care teams
• Build scalable processes and deliver data-driven recommendations
• Stay current with eCommerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies

This is a full time, contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), or digital business management
• Proven success driving online sales growth, conversions, and customer retention
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience with Shopify, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with:
  • CRM systems
  • Personalization tools
  • A/B testing & optimization tools
• Working knowledge of order management systems (OMS)
• Familiarity with MarTech stacks and integrations (ERP/SAP, 3PL, IT systems)
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and external agencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
