Why Technicians Love Working Here
We understand that great technicians want to spend their time diagnosing and repairing vehicles—not getting bogged down with unnecessary tasks.
That's why our technicians do not perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs). Dedicated team members handle inspections and documentation so technicians can stay productive, efficient, and focused on turning hours.
Our leadership philosophy centers around:
- Respect
- Accountability
- Professionalism
- Communication
- Continuous Improvement
We actively seek technician feedback and involve our team in improving shop processes through regular meetings and open communication.
If you're tired of inconsistent work, weak leadership, excessive micromanagement, or dead-end shops, Six Star Automotive offers a refreshing alternative.
