A prestigious plastic surgery practice in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Senior Patient Coordinator to serve as the cornerstone of their patient experience. This is a high-visibility role for a polished, driven professional who takes ownership, leads with initiative, and understands that every patient interaction reflects the practice's reputation.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current patients, delivering a concierge-level experience from first inquiry through post-procedure follow-up
  • Manage scheduling, consultations, and patient communications with efficiency and professionalism
  • Support and drive marketing efforts to grow the practice's patient base
  • Motivate and coordinate administrative staff to uphold consistent service standards
  • Leverage strong computer skills to manage practice systems, data, and outreach


Qualifications

  • Marketing background strongly preferred
  • Superior computer skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
  • A true self-starter - someone who drives results without being managed
  • Experience in a medical is required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary up to $130,000, commensurate with experience
