IEP Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our Education & Training team within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will partner directly with schools to ensure that students receiving special education services have the behavioral and social-emotional support they need to meet their educational goals. You will use evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices to design and implement individualized interventions that help students succeed in classroom, social, and community settings. As a BCBA with IEP Therapy, you will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments, then develop data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs) aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). You will provide both direct services and consultative support, modeling effective strategies for teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff. Regular collaboration with special education teams, related service providers, and families is central to this position, ensuring a unified, student-centered approach. Your responsibilities will include coaching and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals, overseeing treatment integrity, and ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). You will collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral and academic data to inform ongoing decision-making, document progress, and prepare clear reports for IEP meetings and parent communications. Working in a mix of on-site school environments and occasional remote consultation, you will help classroom teams implement positive behavior supports, proactive classroom management, and individualized interventions. IEP Therapy fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where personalized care and professional growth are highly valued. As part of our team, you will have access to continuing education resources, clinical support, and mentorship to enhance your expertise and maintain your certification. We empower each therapist to make a meaningful impact, offering opportunities to influence program development, participate in interdisciplinary problem-solving, and share best practices across our network of school partners. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience in school-based or pediatric settings, comfortable working closely with educators and families, and committed to using data to guide practice. A master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field is required, along with BCBA certification and any state-required behavior analyst licensure. Experience supervising behavior technicians, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving student outcomes are essential. In return, IEP Therapy offers a competitive yearly salary with performance-based bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k), and a hybrid work environment that balances time in schools with flexible administrative and consultation time. This position provides a unique opportunity to directly shape the educational experience of students, collaborate with dedicated school teams, and grow professionally in a mission-driven organization focused on high-quality, individualized support.
